Dr Meghan’s anti-therapy and meditation explorations are the most impactful, revealing, healing & enjoyable inner-cruises I’ve ever booked passage on!!
And her descriptions of the energy fields coursing thru us, takes all the woo-woo out of what I thought was nonsense, and reveals an actual, perceivable reality I was previously blind to.
I’m so looking forward to my session tomorrow. I have not done therapy because the conventional model never aligned with me. I had a very strange experience postpartum with a therapist I went to after I had my 3rd daughter.
Dr. Meghan is a gem and a world apart from any therapist I’ve met during the time my 4 daughters have been in therapy. Some got terrible advice, 3 were put on meds, and one or two have been in therapy for years, without any true change or resolution. Dr. Meghan feels like a beloved friend with a world of wisdom to share.
I’m so looking forward too, Myriam. Thank you for your kind words; this is all I ever wanted to do—have real conversations with friends. It feels like friends healing together, doesn’t it? That sure isn’t the case in therapy. Such a backward, often-harmful system.
